On 27–30 November of this year, a new scientific event was held in Istanbul, hosted by Bilgi University, within the framework of the Turkish-German-Georgian Legal Dialogue. Experts from all three countries participated in the event.

The project was implemented as part of the 15th International Film Festival on Crime and Punishment.

The format of the Turkish-German-Georgian Criminal Law Dialogue was established in 2024 on the initiative of the Faculty of Law of Eskişehir Osmangazi University (Dr. Semih Yumak), the Institute of Georgian, German, and International Criminal Law in the University of Georgia (Prof. Bachana Jishkariani), and the Institute of Criminal Law at the University of Cologne (Prof. Martin Wassmer). Since its establishment, several events have already been held within this framework.
