On November 7, 2025, we held our traditional annual conference, the “German-Georgian Criminal Law Dialogue.” The event was organized through the collaboration of the Institute of Georgian, German, and International Criminal Law, as well as the Institute of Criminal Law of the University of Cologne and the Law School of the University of Georgia. The event gathered leading experts from both Georgia and Germany. This year’s discussions centered on one of the most pressing contemporary issues: the intersection of artificial intelligence and criminal law, explored from both substantive and procedural perspectives.
