International Criminal Law

International Criminal Law in a broad sense combines The Statute of the International Criminal Court, European criminal law in frames of Council of Europe and European Union. Therefore, studies will be carried out in these three directions. One of priorities will be harmonizing Georgian legislation towards European legislation.

Further, certain attention will be paid on International Criminal Law cooperation, for example extradition and mutual recognition of judgment.
