Private Part of the Criminal Law- Crimes against humans
 

Institute is working on a new manual about private part of the criminal law, which will focus on the following crimes: • Crimes against human life • Crimes against human health • Threat causing tort • Sexual offenses • Crimes against human rights and freedoms. Each chapter will discuss general theoretical insights and the Georgian judicial precedents. In addition, schemes will be introduced to uncover particular cases aiming at prosecuting different crimes of private part of criminal law. The book targets different groups including students, academies and legal practitioners. The book will be published in the Spring of 2016. The author of the book is Associate Professor in Law Bachana Jishkariani. The scientific editor of the book is Associate Professor in Law Tamar Ebralidze.
