September 11 -17, 2017, under the financial support of Volkswagen Foundation, the summer school - “European Criminal Law “, took place at the Constitutional Court of Georgia in Batumi. Active partner of this project was our Institute. Lectures were held by Georgian professors, with German specialists from the universities of Berlin, Tubingen, and Jena. Participants were successful law students from various universities. Students discussed fundamentals of criminal law, and actual precedents of Court of Justice of the European Union. At the end of the project, participants were awarded with certificates and prizes.
