On Tuesday, October 24, Prof. Dr. Martin Wassmer, Head of the chair of Criminal Law and Criminal Law Procedure at the University of Cologne delivered a lecture about “Cybercrimes” at the University of Georgia. The event was organized by the Institute of Georgian, German and International Criminal Law. Attendees were law students from various universities, as well as professors and specialists from this field. It should be noticed that, Prof. Wassmer is the author of various legal researches and an active partner of our Institute from 2016.
