This year, March 11-16,conference about the importance of “European Convention on Human Rights within the context of National Criminal Law Procedure” was held in the city of Tubingen. The meetings were also held in Strasbourg, with the judges of European Court of Human Rights and with the representatives of the European Parliament. The conference was held under the framework of Georgian - German research project, funded by Volkswagen Foundation. The Institute of Georgian,German and International Criminal Law is involved among other partners.
