This year, March 23-24, the conference about “Actual issues in material and procedural part of criminal law” took place at the University of Georgia with financial support of Friedrich Naumann Foundation, organized by the Institute of Georgian, German and International Criminal Law. The active partner of the project was Institute of criminal law and criminal law procedure of the University of Cologne. Participants were German experts from leading German universities, as well as Georgian professors.
