On November 19, 2018, Georgian-German symposium took place at the University of Georgia. The meeting was organized by Professor Martin Wassmer from the University of Cologne and the Institute of Georgian, German and International Criminal Law. The reports were presented by young Georgian and German researchers. Professors and the audience were active part of discussion. The project was carried out in German language. Also, under the framework of symposium, the doctoral thesis was defensed by the German PhD student, in which he received high scores. Dissertation committee members were Professor Martin Wassmer and Professor Bachana Jishkariani.
