On April 12, 2019 Doctor Honoris Causa title of the University of Georgia was awarded to the Prof. of Law, Martin Wassmer, Cologne University. Prof. Wassmer has long relations with the University of Georgia and our Institute. With his support several exchange programs and Georgian-German Scientific Conference were implemented.
