On 12-13 April 2019 another Georgian-German Conference -"Criminal Law and Human Rights" took place, which was implemented by Friedrich Naumann Foundation in the framework of the University of Cologne and the Institute of Georgian, German and International Criminal Law. The event was held for the second time with the support of Georgian-German Law and participated Georgian and German experts (Cologne, Bonn, Bochum, Munich, and e.t.c.). Reports and discussions included various criminal matter.
