In the frames of cooperation of the University of Cologne, Institute of Georgian, German and International Criminal Law and the University of Georgia the summer school in criminal law was held for already the second time this year. The School took place in Cologne, July 21-28, 2019, leaded by Prof. Bachana Jishkariani and Prof. Martin Wassmer. Students of the Law School of the University of Georgia participated in. The program included lectures on several topics, such as criminological aspects of economic crimes and criminal challenges based on self-driving bodies, europeanization of economic crimes and e.t.c Summer School also involved cultural program. The excursion was held in Cologne and Bonn. Students surveyed the Cathedral of Cologne and the museum for Contemporary German History in Bonn. Students were awarded certificates of participation from the University of Cologne.
