On June 7, 2023, the presentation of the book "German-Georgian Law Dialogue – Criminal Law and Human Rights" was organized by the Institute of Georgian, German and International Criminal Law of the Law School of the University of Georgia. The book was published with the financial support of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation South Caucasus and covers issues such as Rule of Law and Independence of the Judiciary, Criminal Justice and Freedom of Speech and Assembly in Political Demonstrations in Germany, Freedom of Expression in Georgia - Gray Holes of Strong Constitutional Protection, Social Networks and Freedom of Expression in Germany, Defamation in Social Media and Means of Protection of Rights in Georgian Judicial Practice, Cyber-grooming in Germany and the EU, Criminalizing cyber-stalking in Germany and stalking in Georgian Criminal Law.
