Georgian-German Law Dialogue - Criminal Law and Human Rights
On October 11-12 of this year, the University of Georgia's School of Law, our institute, the Friedrich Naumann Foundation, and the Institute of Criminal Law at the University of Cologne jointly organized a conference titled "Georgian-German Law Dialogue – Criminal Law and Human Rights." Experts from Georgia, Germany, and Hungary participated, discussing various current and significant issues in criminal law. Topics included anti-corruption measures, the criminal dimensions of competition law, and standards for human rights protection.
